EU antitrust regulators are said to have asked app developers whether Alphabet unit Google's threat to use its own billing system on Play Store has hurt their business. The questionnaires were sent to developers last month, inform the sources. Last month, Google said non-gaming app developers can switch to rival payment systems with a lower fee of 12 percent.
