Spotify HiFi will reportedly be launched by the company with support for lossless streaming soon. The new lossless tier will compete with Apple Music and Amazon Music — services that also offer support for lossless audio at no additional cost. Spotify is expected to increase the subscription price for users who want to stream "lossless" audio.
