Twitter is abuzz with reports that users will have to shell out a $20 fee for the 'blue tick'. Refuting the reports, Union Minister of State for Electronics and Technology, Rajeev Chandrasekhar said that he doesn't not think it is true and it will be a challenge for Twitter.
