Russians to Launch 'Rossgram' Photo-Sharing Social Media App After Instagram Block

Rossgram is Russia’s alternative to Instagram. Moscow had banned Instagram and Facebook earlier this week and is hoping to fill the domestic void with its homegrown photo-sharing app.
