WhatsApp Launches Digital Payments Utsav in India; Adopts 500 Villages in Maharashtra, Karnataka

WhatsApp has announced the launch of Digital Payments Utsav to promote digital payments in the country. The pilot programme has adopted 500 villages across Karnataka and Maharashtra and the company says it has seen promising results on the ground.
