Software Services Firm Zendesk To Buy SurveyMonkey Parent For Nearly $4 Billion

Software services company Zendesk Inc said on Thursday it would buy Momentive Global Inc, owner of the popular SurveyMonkey platform for nearly $4 billion in an allstock deal.
