Zomato Buys Uber's Food Delivery Business in India in an All-Stock Deal

Zomato on Tuesday announced it has acquired Uber's Food Delivery Business in India in an all-stock deal and Uber will have 9.99 percent stake in Deepinder Goyal-led food delivery platform.
